Returns
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Please read the conditions below carefully.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With all tags and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or a receipt
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@angeshopping.com. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions and a return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products
- Customized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Hazardous materials
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a replacement, return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
International / European Union Returns
Customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of their order, without providing any justification.
Items must still meet the same return conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
